Creating and sustaining a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion can be challenging and exhausting work. Many organizations never move past creating policies, leaving many in their workforce disappointed and dissatisfied. What is the key to making actual strides with your EDI efforts? Joann’s 4D Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Framework(TM) is the answer.
Full-day guided assessment with key stakeholders and sponsors across different levels of your organization to introduce the 4D EDI Framework and engage in the interactive appreciative inquiry exercise focused on finding the “positive core.” Participants will complete the 4D EDI Target ToolTM to gain a clear view of needs as well as your most valuable skills and assets that can help create a positive and successful EDI initiative.

"The best time to embrace equity, diversity, and inclusion was yesterday; the second best time is today; and tomorrow isn’t an option. EDI Is the New Black is a straightforward playbook that doesn’t require a human resources certification degree to make sense and won’t try to teach you a vast new vocabulary. It’s a no-nonsense guide to repair previously invisible wounds and strengthen your organization from within."
